Since 2013 MTSU’s Blue Spark Awards have celebrated excellence in Tennessee high school media arts. This competition is presented by the Department of Media Arts at Middle Tennessee State University. The competition’s categories reflect programs offered within MTSU’s College of Media and Entertainment, and particularly the Department of Media Arts.
